Manufacturer: Fluke

An effective and secure electrical testing device is the Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester (EVSE version). This device can read RCD/FI tripping current, earth resistance, potential earth fault current, True-RMS AC voltage, resistance, loop and line impedance, and tripping speed. With a sizable, simple-to-read LCD display and time-saving features like auto-testing for line impedance, RCD trigger tests, and insulation tests, convenience has been taken into account in the design of this tester. When used with an adaptor like the Fluke FEV300 (sold separately), the Fluke 1664FC enables testing of the DC protection devices at EV charging stations utilising the RCD type B (smooth DC Currents) VAR mode. This generator can test currents for RCD type A-EV or RDC-DD acc in accordance with IEC 62955 safety standards (6/60/200 mA and ramp 2 to 6 mA ramp). This enables quick and simple further testing of 6mA DC RCD monitors on charging points by the operator. The user interface of this device is a straightforward dial system, which avoids the frequently perplexing menu-driven interfaces of many multifunction devices. Z-Max memory for loop tests, which enables quick evaluation of the highest loop test value, is another feature that saves time. With its CAT III 500V overvoltage protection and Earth Volt Touchpad, the 1664FC also has some excellent safety features that can expose potentially harmful circumstances. This tester is compatible with Fluke's Fluke Connect technology, enabling users to stream test results to any Apple or Android mobile device by connecting via the Fluke Connect App. Additionally, the information may be added to and kept in the FlukeCloud database, making it accessible to team members and colleagues everywhere. A padded beck strap, test leads, a probe set, a remote probe, batteries, a mains cable, a calibration certificate, and a durable carry bag are all included with the 1664FC.
