1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Products and Services offered by Testerdirect.co.uk Limited through the website testerdirect.co.uk. By engaging in any transaction with Testerdirect.co.uk Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Inaccurate or Faulty Items

  • If any goods arrive damaged or missing, please notify Testerdirect.co.uk Limited within 24 hours or by the end of the next working day.
  • If you receive goods not as ordered, inform us within 7 days so we can rectify the situation. Please retain original packaging to facilitate exchange.

3. Shipping Durations

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM on the same working day. Our Standard Delivery service typically takes around 3–4 days, though this is not guaranteed. For out-of-stock items, we will notify you promptly and advise on lead times. If you require specific delivery arrangements, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. Late Delivery Notice

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may delay your order. We apologise for any inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue quickly. For concerns, please contact our customer support team.

5. International Shipping

International orders may incur customs charges, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are your responsibility. Customs procedures vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand. Failure to respond to customs enquiries may result in return or disposal of goods. As the importer of record, you must comply with all local laws and regulations. For warranty or repair outside the UK, you are responsible for return shipping costs and import documentation.

6. Currency & Pricing

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Standard shipping charges apply within the UK mainland; some products qualify for free carriage. International orders may be subject to additional charges (e.g., VAT, export duties, insurance, surcharges for oversized items). For personalised quotes, please contact us.

Order acceptance is subject to confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

8. Tax Exemption for International Customers

Overseas customers with a valid VAT number must register an account to qualify for tax exemption.

9. Consequences of Late Payments

Late payments may incur legal recovery action and a 15% surcharge on the outstanding balance. You will also be liable for debt collection charges, interest, court costs, legal fees, and statutory compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2018.

10. Payment Options

  • Credit or debit card and PayPal payments are taken at order submission.
  • Purchase orders are subject to pre-agreed payment terms.

11. Return & Refunds Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of purchase, unused, in original condition/packaging. Some software items are non-returnable—please check before ordering.
  2. Process: Contact our customer service team with order details and reason. You will receive a return authorisation number and instructions.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you. Eligible refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Exchanges: Subject to stock availability and any price difference.
  5. Damaged/Defective: Report immediately with photos or description; we will arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
