2. Inaccurate or Faulty Items

- If you receive goods not as ordered, inform us within 7 days so we can rectify the situation. Please retain original packaging to facilitate exchange.
3. Shipping Durations
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM on the same working day. Our Standard Delivery service typically takes around 3–4 days, though this is not guaranteed. For out-of-stock items, we will notify you promptly and advise on lead times. If you require specific delivery arrangements, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. International Shipping
