The Trend FiberTEK IVMM LED and SM Laser Kit is designed to simplify fiber optic testing, compatible with the Trend LANTEK IV Cable Certifier. This kit allows you to test both single-mode and multimode fiber optic data cables, meeting international standards like ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC. The kit features bi-directional measurement capability and supports optional encircled flux testing. The red laser light source within the module helps detect faults and data ports, while a separate LED flashes green when connected to the LANTEK IV and red if other light sources are detected. The streamlined testing process eliminates the need for manual merging of directional tests. The kit includes adaptors to support common connector types like SC, FC, and ST.
