Manufacturer: Extech

With the Extech 382357 Ground Resistance Clamp, users can measure ground resistance with exceptional accuracy without disconnecting the ground being tested or without additional ground spikes. The data logging feature of this earth resistance tester allows for the storage and recall of up to 116 records, and it also features programmed Hi/Lo alarms in case values are exceeded. Thanks to its 23mm jaw size, the Extech 382357 is the ideal Clamp-On Ground Resistance Tester for confirming the earth resistance of telephone-electric ground rods and cellular transmission towers. It may be used on multiple point grounded systems. Users can measure auto-ranging ground resistance with a resolution of 0.002 from 0.003 to 1500Ω and True RMS AC leakage current with a range of 0.2mA to 30.00A with the Extech 382357. The four-digit, 9999-count LCD panel with data hold functionality shows measurements. A 9V battery that can last up to 3000 measurements powers the Extech 382357. Should the tester be inactive, the auto power off feature helps preserve battery life. When the tester is powered on, the Extech 382357 performs an automatic self-calibration and satisfies the IEC1010-1 criteria for Category II 600V and III 300V.
