Manufacturer: Megger

The purpose of the Megger MFL205 is to assist users in locating a specific fuse or circuit breaker on a fuse board or inside a consumer device. The MFL205 transmitter may be connected directly to a circuit because it comes with red and black crocodile clips and industry standard 4mm connectors. The MFL205 can also be connected to a mains socket outlet or light socket that the fuse or breaker to be detected is protecting by using the appropriate adaptors. The MFL205 features both visible and auditory alerts for specific breakers or fuses, and it includes automatic sensitivity adjustment. The outfit signal is automatically started when a live circuit is connected to the MFL205. In order to facilitate the identification of the fuse or breaker, the receiver automatically modifies the sensitivity of the broadcast signal. The MFL205's battery lasts up to 40 hours, and it shuts off on its own after three minutes of inactivity. The MFL205 has an IP50 rating and a CATIII 300V safety rating.
